More about this pack
The 10-night starter is how most people begin. Ten strips. One small box. Enough nights to feel whether quieter breathing and less dry mouth are for you — without buying a month you have not tried yet.
Who it is for
adults who can breathe comfortably through the nose and want a short trial of mouth tape for sleeping.
Shipping & delivery

My partner asked what changed. It was quieter. That was enough.
Not magic. I just wake less dry, and the room is calmer.
After two nights I forget it is there. That is the point.
I did not know I slept with my mouth open. Mornings are not parched now.
Started with 10 nights, went straight to 90. Same 3-for-2 on both.

Yes. Latex-free and fragrance-free, because something on your face for eight hours has to be.

THE MECHANISM
Same bedroom. A quieter way to breathe.
Your nose filters, warms, and humidifies every breath. Your mouth does none of that.
- Helps keep lips lightly closed so nasal breathing can do the work
- May support less dry mouth and a quieter night
- Gentle, skin-safe adhesive designed for nightly removal
- A wellness strip — not a medical device, and not for everyone
WHY IT MATTERS
Three reasons people actually buy it.
Quieter nights
Mouth breathing is a common, overlooked contributor to snoring. Addressing it can mean a quieter room for both of you.
Calmer mornings
No more waking up to a dry mouth and a sore throat before you have even opened your eyes.
One strip, not the whole stack
A simple nightly habit — not a 12-step sleep ritual. One strip. That is the point.
